Incentive Program
C.R.E.W. Bucks
will be created and used as a rewards system, given out as each teen
does what is required of them and participates in service nights etc. A
chart will be created to show how many C.R.E.W. Bucks each task is
worth.
It will be the responsibility of the teen to hold on to the C.R.E.W.
Bucks until they have enough to redeem a prize. C.R.E.W. Bucks will not
be replaced if lost or stolen; it is the sole responsibility of each
teen to keep track of their individual C.R.E.W. Bucks’.

*Service
Night is when we plan an outing that is a night (or day) of service –
helping someone else with something they need done - For example: Going
out on a Friday afternoon and raking and cleaning an elderly person’s
yard. A minimum of $2.00 C.R.E.W. BUCKS can be earned, however, it may
be more considering the nature of the service; which will be determined
and announced prior to event.
C.R.E.W. BUCKS will be able to be redeemed at the end of each month, or
can be saved and accumulated and redeemed at a later time towards a
larger item. C.R.E.W. Bucks will be given out the first Sunday of the
month.
Also for major
work events, we can implement a percentage program where if a teen works
the entire event, with good work ethics and attitude the New Life’s
Youth Ministry account will pay a percentage of the next major trip we
are planning.
Examples would be an all day trip to Six Flags Great Adventure or
Gillians Island Water Park etc.
Work ˝ day of

Work 1 day of an event earn 10% towards admission
